Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Shark Technologies. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and a readiness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Engage customers and maintain the conversation.
- Understand company products and services.
- Utilize a sales script for efficient customer handling.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer queries regarding products and services.
- Meet sales targets set by the Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi.
