Job Description
Arkhitech is looking for motivated Interns in HR/Admin to provide vital administration services for recruitment and staff employment. You will play a key role in enhancing our human resources through effective training and policy implementation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing job descriptions and advertisements.
- Support the recruitment process, including interviews and selection of candidates.
- Maintain employee records and handle staffing needs.
- Facilitate training and development programs for managers and staff.
- Support employees with career development and address grievances.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
- Interest in HR, Admin, or business development.
- Strong communication skills and high motivation levels.
