Job Description
iGate is seeking a Head of Customer Service to lead our dedicated customer service team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 2-3 years of proven experience in a managerial position within Real Estate Project Customer Experience.
