Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support the business operations of our US-based clients. As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing appointments, and setting appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling
- Managing and making phone calls
- Using CRM
- Appointment Setting
- Lead Generation
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1 year of experience in cold calling, call center, and appointment setting preferred
- Location: Rawalpindi (Required)
- 100% willingness to travel
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
