Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage customer calls effectively.
- Provide online support regarding our services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectification exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Accomplish special tasks assigned during duty hours.
Qualifications:
- Inter/Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center preferred.
- Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, along with incentives up to Rs15,00.
