Job Description:
The Helpline Support Specialist will manage calls from survivors of violence, providing emotional support and connecting them to appropriate resources. Responsibilities include documenting calls, maintaining confidentiality, and attending training sessions.
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Fluency in local languages and English.
