About Us: MF Bzone is looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team and assist with our hiring process. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, specifically for call center positions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job postings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Conduct reference checks
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
Job Timing: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs20,00.00 per month
