Job Description
Join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at JOBS IN LAHORE, PUNJAB. You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and support related to Xfinity services. Responsibilities include assisting with billing discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and educating customers on products and promotions.
We seek candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience and completed intermediate education. Night shift availability (8 PM – 5 AM) is required, and weekends are off. Salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, with pick and drop service provided.
