Job Description
About the Role:
Contactivity is seeking a dedicated IT Intern to join our Systems Engineering team. In this position, you’ll gain valuable insights into Contactivity’s security controls and infrastructure tools while assisting with daily operations that enhance our systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer virtualized environments with VMWare.
- Support and maintain the Dialer system.
- Manage and report on storage platforms.
- Assist with ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT resources.
