Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our night shift team at Pegasus BPO (6:00 pm to 1:00 am). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources and experience managing HR processes in a BPO environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing recruitment, monitoring performance, and handling grievances. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
