Job Description
Pack Orbit LLC is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents for our Truck Dispatch Campaign. We welcome applicants with truck dispatch experience as well as those who are new but have excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers over the phone.
- Listen to customer needs while asking relevant questions.
- Provide detailed answers to inquiries about our products.
Requirements:
- Confident team player with outstanding English communication skills.
- Available for night shifts (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM).
- Location: Near Barkat Market, Garden Town, Lahore.
Package: Full-time with a salary of Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 plus sales incentives.
