Job Description
A reputable telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Executive (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to and handle customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults by region.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, 1 year experience in a UK-based call center, fluent in English.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month, plus incentives.
Shift: Monthly rotational for males; morning shift only for females.
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
