Job Summary:
The QC Specialist at Sovereign Express Trade will ensure that all logistics operations—including freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance—meet the highest quality standards. This role involves monitoring processes, evaluating employee performance, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
