Job Description
Joyland Rawalpindi is currently seeking an HR Executive to join our dynamic HR department. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with company policies. This position involves accurately processing payroll and managing employee attendance using TimeTrax software.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Overseeing competitive compensation and benefits practices.
- Time and attendance management via TimeTrax.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA-HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
- Proficient in HRM software (TimeTrax).
