Job Description
Marson Media is seeking self-motivated individuals eager to build a successful sales management career. The ideal candidate will excel in building rapport with customers, driving their team to achieve sales goals, and proactively generating new business through cold calling.
Location: Islamabad OR Lahore
Type: Full-time, In-house
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, US Timings)
SALARY: Starting salary: 80,00 – 130,00 PKR plus bonuses. After 6 months: 150,00 PKR. After 12 months: 200,00 PKR.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and understanding of British and American accents.
