Job Description
We are Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are seeking serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Responding to customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Managing service inquiries and complaints while assisting in day-to-day processes.
- Participating in training and team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient coverage.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month + performance bonuses, medical insurance, and more.
