Job Description
Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, addressing customer needs, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements: UK-based experience in the Homeware industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and adaptability are essential. Proficiency in customer service tools, including G Suite and Microsoft Excel, is required.
