Job Description
Synercon is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Resident Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Resident Engineer in supervising daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include inspecting construction activities, monitoring material quality, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining site records.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience, and strong knowledge of construction quality control. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project is highly preferred.
