Job Description
Brainx Solutions is seeking both fresh and experienced Male & Female Customer Service Representatives for our UK-based inbound cab support.
The responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Taking bookings for cab services
- Responding to inquiries and live chat requests
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Following established procedures for inquiries
- Accurately recording information
- Collaborating with a team of representatives
- Learning new software systems
- Helping customers achieve their goals
Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a pleasant telephone voice.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Experience: Inbound (1 year preferred)
