Job Description
Billing Freedom is seeking Female Medical Assistants for a Night Shift position with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will manage the front desk for a USA doctor’s office and handle various responsibilities, which include:
- Processing medication and refills for patients from pharmacies.
- Handling patient referrals.
- Conducting medication follow-ups with pharmacies.
- Sending appointment reminders to patients.
- Entering patient data into our portal.
- Verifying patient eligibility and benefits from insurances.
Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs65,00.00 to Rs95,00.00 per month. A background in pharmacy or a medical degree is preferred.
