Job Description

Alpha Technologies Inc. is seeking both freshers and experienced Call Center Agents for our locations on Airport Road and DHA Road. This role involves responding promptly to customer inquiries via various platforms, providing accurate information about our solar energy products and services, and assisting with technical troubleshooting.

Requirements include excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the solar energy industry, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
