Job Description
In this role, you’ll manage daily cinema operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective staff supervision, ticketing, and concessions management. You’ll lead and train team members while addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements: MBA or BBA with at least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cinema management. Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
Competitive salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
