We are seeking a motivated Policy Analyst to join MTBC. The ideal candidate will analyze existing policies, develop new ones, and conduct data analysis to support our compliance efforts. Responsibilities include preparing reports, presenting findings, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. This is an office-based position with rotating shifts. We have 2 positions available, and gender is not a factor in hiring decisions.
