Role Overview:
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Document interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma, 18+ years old.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
