Job Description

Join our team at Chat Global as a Customer Support Representative in Gulberg 2, Main Boulevard, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position with two shifts available: 12 PM – 9 PM and 8 PM – 5 AM, 6 days a week. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with teams. Candidates should be fluent in English, have customer support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month.
