Qualifications:
- MBA in HRM/Master’s in any Field or a Relevant Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in HRM & OD
- Understanding of Quality Management Standards, such as ISO 9001, is required.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle personnel documentation, explain company policies to employees, conduct internal compliance investigations, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
