Job Description
Skyline Technologies is looking for a motivated and passionate Human Resource Coordinator/Manager in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and will play a key role in ensuring the success of our business team and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee compensation plans and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration preferred.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
