Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to manage daily administrative operational tasks, handle purchasing and coordination with mall management, and oversee facility management. The ideal candidate will maintain stock reports, liaise with various departments including Finance, Marketing, and HR, and manage housekeeping vendor relations.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring the fire alarm system, managing laundry services, assisting with staff travel needs, and handling legal and asset-related documents. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
