Job Description
Markloops is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our ecommerce brand, located at our onsite office near Sadder Rawalpindi. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, and preference will be given to those with knowledge of car parts.
Responsibilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or call center roles.
- Manage a team of customer support representatives.
- Oversee the customer service process and address complaints.
- Plan training and ensure service delivery standards.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
