Job Description
Join our team! We are conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Xtingers Tech.
Time: 4PM-5PM
Location: Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad ( View Map )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm order details.
- Ensure accuracy in customer data and delivery instructions.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Provide support on products, orders, and shipping.
- Document customer interactions in the order system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and chats.
- Minimum Education: INTERMEDIATE.
