AJ is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator/Receptionist to manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an organized front desk. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and routing them professionally.
- Managing voicemail systems and ensuring prompt message delivery.
- Welcoming visitors courteously and coordinating appointments.
- Maintaining a clean reception area and handling mail distribution.
Key skills include strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency with office equipment. This is a full-time position offering a salary between Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
