Job Description
Globe Call Centre is seeking skilled Cab Dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in cab dispatching. As a Cab Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching cabs to various locations efficiently, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
Responsibilities include monitoring drivers’ schedules, communicating with drivers and customers to resolve issues, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company policies and local regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience, knowledge of GPS systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
