Resource Service Group – RSG is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at a leading USA Transport Company. This hybrid role combines sales and customer service, assisting customers with bookings while providing exceptional support during their transport journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert leads via phone.
- Provide booking assistance and post-sale support.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
