Job Description
A leading telecommunication company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for:
- Inbound call handling
- Providing inquiries related to customers
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
Age Limit: 18 – 35
Communication Skills: Fluent in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer dealings, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00.00
Shift: Rotational shifts for males; morning shifts only for females. Work from home available after probation.
