Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries
• Addressing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate (Required)
• Age: 18 – 35
• Communication: Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies

Salary: Rs45,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00.00
