Job Description

Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated Complaints Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage customer complaints, ensuring they are acknowledged and informing clients throughout the resolution process.

Key responsibilities include handling incoming complaints, documenting investigations, and communicating outcomes to customers while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or quality/complaints role, excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills. Work-from-office from 10 AM to 7 PM in DHA Sector F, Rwp. Competitive salary with paid leave benefits.
