Job Description

Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a resource with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project. Candidates must have packaging experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Generate sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with design and shipping teams for timely delivery.

Job timing: 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The salary is Rs. 50,00 to Rs. 60,00 plus commissions, with benefits including annual increments and performance bonuses.
