Job Description
INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Resolution of assigned complaints regarding Customer Service Machines (CSM) and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Installation of ATMs and CSMs to ensure smooth operations.
- Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques to address technical issues.
- Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks to prevent future problems.
- Preparation of analytical reports and relevant documentation for the line manager.
