Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. You will address queries from students, parents, and staff via various communication channels, ensuring accurate records and prompt resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs35,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
