Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team at Faisal Movers Bus Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance via phone and through our ticketing system. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and handle outages involving cameras and internet connections.
The position requires following standard help desk procedures, logging interactions, and administering help desk software.
