Job Description

Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Quality Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing live call monitoring and providing trend data to the management team. To be considered, candidates must possess at least one year of call center experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, exceptional listening and analytical abilities, and excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (including statistics and graphs).

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs42,00.00 per month.
