Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls efficiently.
- Provide online support regarding company services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks as assigned during shifts.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree. Freshers or individuals with 1 year of call center experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹32,00 – ₹55,00 plus incentives.
Shift: Monthly rotational for males; morning only for females.
