Job Description
ZamZam Associates is seeking a dedicated Building Manager for our property in Jubilee Town, Lahore, near Bahria Town. The ideal candidate will have a military background and oversee the building’s operation and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting service charges from residents
- Supervising security staff, electricians, plumbers, and cleaners
- Maintaining accounts and log books
- Managing utility bill payments
- Ensuring backup systems are operational
- Facilitating building services for residents
This part-time role (15-25 hours/week) can be managed remotely, with a salary of Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
