Job Description
Join Ilyas Plastic as an Area Sales Manager! In this role, you will oversee and train the sales team in your designated territory, set achievable sales targets, and monitor performance. Your responsibilities include gathering customer feedback, conducting sales presentations, and nurturing long-term relationships.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of proven sales experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00.
