Job Description
Lyallpur Solar (PVT) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our clients’ experience by addressing their inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails, delivering accurate information.
- Assist clients in scheduling consultations and installations.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain customer databases and track feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
