Job Description
Are you an experienced Dialer Support Engineer with expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial? Join Contactivity to ensure seamless dialer operations and deliver exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for dialer systems.
- Monitor dialer performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to optimize functionality.
Requirements:
- Experience with Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
This is a full-time night shift position with a salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
