Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inbound Telephone Operator to handle inbound calls for our UK-based clients during the night shift. Located at Bahria Town Phase 7, this position requires a minimum of one year of UK inbound call handling experience, with priority given to candidates with taxi dispatching experience.

- Proven communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Able to manage multiple calls effectively under pressure
