AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager Operations for its entities located in Hyderabad.
Position: Assistant Manager Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: BBA/BCOM/MBA
Experience: 3-4 years in retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations team to ensure excellence in operations and customer service.
- Develop operational guidelines and assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks.
- Coordinate training for new staff and improve departmental productivity.
- Control incidents and ensure health and safety compliance.
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
