Job Description
Location: Bahria/DHA/Askari 14 and nearby areas. Our office is in Bahria Phase 7.
Sequel Technologies, a software company in Rawalpindi, specializes in healthcare IT and medical billing services for the US market. Our goal is to automate complex healthcare processes for hospitals and billing companies.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer journey and provide consultative support.
- Facilitate team interactions for timely deliverables.
- Train clients as needed.
- Proactively resolve issues.
- Develop customer-success strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of Client Success experience.
- Fluent spoken English with zero grammar mistakes.
