Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Recruiter to support our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Update internal databases with new hire info.
• Write job descriptions with managers.
• Conduct phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and complete hire documentation.
• Manage job advertisements and prepare reports.
• Address employee benefit inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00/month
